Learn2Trade courses will provide an opportunity for students to learn the construction trade and apply math in a creative way. Integrating math into their hands-on lessons, students will learn how to take a project from its conception to its completion.
Learn2Trade Introduction
Students enrolled in Learn2Trade introductory will be completing individual projects as well as group projects. Projects will be as simple as homemade tool boxes and shelves to creating blueprints to build a one of a kind chicken coop. Individual projects will make their way home and are sure to be shared and loved by many.
Students in grades 8-12 will develop a variety of math-applicable skills used in building and home maintenance including: general construction, home maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Learn2Trade Advanced
Students in our Learn2Trade advanced course will gain job-like experience as they work as a crew to build a tiny home from ground to finish. In order to complete the project, students must help with framing, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, siding, roofing, and all new-home finishes.
